Your Registration Includes:

• Access to 30+ Breakout Sessions, Expert Roundtables, Fish Tank and Office Hours
• Entry to “A Night in the Galaxy” – evening event where OneStream WAVE takes over Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Hollywood Studios
• Breakfast, lunch and refreshments throughout the conference
• Access to hands-on WAVE Lab sessions for CPE Credits, up to a predetermined amount
• Access to all Wave presentations and worksheets at the conclusion of the conference

Registration Notice: Customer and Partner attendance at the WAVE conference is limited due to the size of the venue. Approval of your registration for the Wave is based on the below criteria, based on availability. Please make sure you are within these parameters prior to registering to ensure your registration is approved. 

• Customer Attendees are limited up to 4 attendees per company/customer
• Partner Attendees are limited to the previously communicated allocation number by your alliances partner

CPE Credit Information

Select breakout and WAVE Lab sessions are eligible for Continuing Education (CPE) Credit. Attendees will receive 1 CPE credit for every 50 minutes of a qualifying breakout session attended. Attendees’ badges MUST be scanned by the CPE attendant when entering the course to receive credit, and participation in the survey during and after the session is required.

If eligibility requirements are met, your certificates will be emailed to the email address provided during registration in the weeks following the Wave conference. To request another copy, email [email protected]

OneStream Software is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.

Registration Cancellation Policy

We will process refunds for any cancellation until September 8, 2023. No refunds will be processed after that date. Please note that a 7% administrative fee will be subtracted from the refund amount to cover credit card processing costs.

If you cannot attend a WAVE event after September 8th, you are permitted to send another employee from your company at no additional charge. To do this, please send an email to [email protected]
