You or your company must be registered for WAVE to be eligible to attend any of the conference events. Full conference registrations are permitted to purchase a guest pass as an add-on to the purchase of their full conference registration pass. Guest passes include entry to A Night in the Galaxy event for 275 USD. Guests must be 21 years of age.

Yes, badges are required for admittance to all sessions, meals, and evening events.
Monday Oct. 2nd – Hackathon participants ONLY will receive breakfast and lunch. All attendees will receive an afternoon break.
Tues Oct 3rd – all attendees will receive breakfast, lunch, an afternoon break and dinner.
Wed Oct 4th – all attendees will receive breakfast and a morning break
Badge pick up will be located at the registration desk located on the first floor of the Swan Resort, just past the hotel elevators as you enter the meeting space.

Yes, after registering you’ll receive an email confirmation which includes a link and your username and password to the access attendee service center. Registration modifications can be made inside of the attendee service center.

We will process refunds for any cancellation until September 8, 2023. No refunds will be processed after that date. Please note that a 7% administrative fee will be subtracted from the refund amount to cover credit card processing costs.
If you cannot attend a WAVE event after September 8th, you are permitted to send another employee from your company at no additional charge. To do this, please send an email to [email protected]
No shows for the event will not receive a refund or credit.
Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations.

Our evening event, A Night in the Galaxy, will be held in the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, where we will have full access to that location in the park. We encourage you to fully embrace the location and let your inner Disney or Star Wars fan break through.
The breakout sessions, expert roundtables, office hours and fish tank sessions are included in your registration fee and do not require sign ups. The workshops will have a separate registration, coming in August, due to venue size, but is included in your registration fee.

Yes, you will receive an email with instructions on how to download the event app shortly before the event starts.
Yes. This code event will be an additional fee ($250) for the limited participants.
Yes. There will be awards for first, second, and third place. The winners will be announced and their awards given at the closing conference session on Wednesday.
Any Partner or Customer developing in the OneStream ecosystem is qualified.
Once you are registered, you will receive additional details on the schedule for Hackathon milestones leading into WAVE. Hackathon Solution Content will be submitted in advance of the WAVE Conference (~ mid-September) for judging.
The entire idea will need not be fully implemented beforehand, however, the more robust and complete your functionality, the better score your solution will receive. See “Criteria for Hackathon Scoring” in this FAQ.
In the OneStream IDE or Microsoft Visual Studio. There’s no scoring benefit in one or the other – your choice.
You will be required to submit a deck explaining the solution ahead of WAVE, and you will be required to demo the solution to a panel of judges at WAVE. More details will follow once you’re registered for the event.
Yes! If you choose to develop as a Team, make sure you register and reserve a spot. It is the responsibility of the teammates to coordinate in advance – only ONE of you will need to reserve the Hackathon spot. Only one spot will be permitted per Partner.
All the solutions submitted will be readied for release on OpenPlace after the WAVE conference. Proper credit will be provided to all submittals. OpenPlace solutions are unencrypted and available for anyone in the OneStream ecosystem to download and use, extend, modify.
Technical help for all OpenPlace solutions can be submitted on the OneCommunity site in the OpenPlace forum.

No. Only those people who you want presenting to the judges are required to register, but we have no idea why you wouldn’t register the whole team since we’ve got a Star Wars event on Tuesday night.
