OneStream Splash Berlin will be held 19-21 September 2023 at the conference location:

You must be registered for Splash to be eligible to attend any of the conference events. Full conference registrations are permitted to purchase a guest pass as an add-on to the purchase of their full conference registration pass. Guest passes include entry to Splash Night Out event for 200 EUR. Your guest can be added on during registration. Guests must be 21 years of age.

Yes, badges are required for admittance to all sessions, meals, and evening events.

Registration is located on Level B in B 02 just after the Info Point.

No cancellations/refunds can be processed after 19 August.

Yes. Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the Splash Berlin 2023 Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to OneStream’s use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.

As a courtesy to presenters and other attendees, we ask that you kindly turn off your mobile phones or set them to vibrate during sessions and keynote presentations. Please quietly exit the room to attend to important phone calls. Videotaping of any sessions is strictly prohibited.

Program & Schedule FAQ

This year, we do NOT offer livestream, instead, we are providing an on-demand platform available from the 2nd October – 2nd December.

Both of the keynotes and select breakout sessions will be available via Splash On-Demand platform for in-person attendees for two months following the event.

 

Presentations that have been approved to be shared will be made available through the OneStream Splash mobile app and Splash On-demand and the Attendee Service Center.

The Expo Hall is located at the bcc and will be open:

Tuesday, 19 September | 5:30 – 7:30 PM, Opening Reception

Wednesday, 20 September | 10:30 AM – 4:15 PM

Thursday, 21 September | 8:30 AM – 3 PM

Shuttle transportation will be provided for Splash Night Out attendees from 18:30-23:30 between the Park Inn by Radisson Berlin Alexanderplatz and The Bricks Club. Make sure to wear your badge for the party.

 

No, we are unable to offer certification testing at Splash Berlin. However, if you would like to join the exclusive community of OneStream Certified Professions, register for the Lead Architect Exam today!

Yes, there is a Paramedic onsite in the front office of the bcc Berlin Congress Center – right across from the main entrance.

No! All breakout sessions and drop-in demos are open to registered attendees with a badge.

The luggage storage that will be available in front of the bcc Berlin Congress Center throughout the whole conference. We only have limited space available so if you can, please leave your luggage at your hotel.

This is an invitation only dinner and registration is now closed. The Executive Dinner is going to be hosted in the Kafer Berlin, on top of the German Parliament building on Tuesday, 19 September between 19:00-22:00. A shuttle bus will be provided to take the attendees from the bcc Berlin Congress Center to the Kafer Berlin and from the dinner location back to the bcc.
